The analysis of a literary work as the basis of the academic discipline «Composition and staging of dance» (the module «Art of the choreographer») in the content of professional training of choreographers

Abstract

The article examines in detail an innovative interdisciplinary approach to the use of literary texts in the process of teaching composition and dance production, and presents the author's algorithm for analyzing literary works in the context of professional training of choreographer teachers, which includes five preliminary stages of working with the text. Special attention is paid to the method of transformation of literary images into choreographic ones. The author offers a methodological system that integrates the analysis of literary works with choreographic creativity.
