Abstract

This study is aimed at analyzing the practical training of future physics teachers in higher education institutions of leading foreign countries. The paper considers key aspects of the organization of practical training for physics students, including the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, the use of innovative educational technologies, and interaction with employers. Based on the analysis of empirical data from 12 countries, general trends and specific features of practical training of physics teachers have been identified. The results show that the effectiveness of practical training is determined by such factors as practice-oriented curricula (r=0.78, p<0.01), active involvement of students in project activities (d=0.85), the use of simulation technologies (n2=0.32). A conceptual model for optimizing practical training is proposed, suggesting an increased role of practice in the educational process, the development of partnerships with employers, the introduction of innovative teaching methods. The results obtained contribute to the development of the theory and practice of teacher education, opening up prospects for improving the training of physics teachers in accordance with the requirements of the modern labor market.
