Methods of motivating students in the vocal training process

Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of students' motivation in the process of vocal training. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the most effective methods of stimulating learning activity and increasing student engagement. The methodology includes a comprehensive literature analysis, a survey of students (n=120) and teachers (n=15), as well as statistical data processing. The results show that the key motivation factors are: 1) creation of a supportive educational environment (r=0.78; p<0.01); 2) application of individualized learning strategies (r=0.69; p<0.01); 3) providing regular constructive feedback (r=0.74; p<0.01). The conclusions of the study have high theoretical and practical significance, allowing to optimize the pedagogical process and increase its effectiveness. Further research may be aimed at developing specialized motivational programs, taking into account the specifics of vocal training.
