Strategies of pedagogical management to stimulate the grant activity of university students

Abstract
The relevance of the topic is due to the need to develop effective strategies of pedagogical management to stimulate the grant activity of university students. An analysis of the scientific literature shows that this problem remains poorly understood, despite its high practical significance. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test a set of pedagogical management strategies aimed at increasing the grant activity of students. The work uses a set of theoretical and empirical methods: analysis of scientific literature, modeling, pedagogical experiment, questionnaires, statistical methods of data processing. The experimental base included 120 students of 2-4 courses. A structural and functional model of pedagogical management of students' grant activity has been developed and tested. The key organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective application of the proposed strategies are identified. A significant positive effect of the implemented measures on the dynamics of student grant activity indicators has been experimentally proven. The obtained results make a significant contribution to the development of the theory and methodology of pedagogical management in higher education. The proposed model and the conditions for its effective functioning can be used in the practice of managing students' research activities. The prospects for further research are related to the expansion of the range of applied strategies and the adaptation of the developed model to the specifics of various areas of training.
