Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of the effectiveness of various pedagogical strategies in the methodology of vocational education. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to improve the quality of training in the context of dynamic changes in the labor market and socio-economic realities. The purpose of the work is to identify and substantiate the most effective pedagogical approaches and technologies that ensure the formation of demanded professional competencies among students. The objectives of the study include: 1) systematization and critical analysis of existing pedagogical strategies in vocational education; 2) development of criteria and indicators for evaluating their effectiveness; 3) conducting empirical research using a set of relevant methods based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis consists of competence-based, personality-oriented and praxiological approaches. The empirical research was carried out through questionnaires, interviews and focus groups with the participation of 350 students and 40 teachers of specialized universities. Methods of descriptive and inductive statistics, content analysis, and discourse analysis were used to analyze the data. It has been established that problem-oriented, project-based and interactive pedagogical strategies have the greatest effectiveness. A significant correlation was revealed between the practice orientation of training and the level of formation of professional competencies (r=0.78; p<0.01). The key organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of these strategies are identified. The obtained results contribute to the development of the theory and methodology of vocational education, open up opportunities for scientifically based design of educational programs. The practical significance of the research is associated with the possibility of replicating proven pedagogical strategies in mass educational practice. The prospects for further research of the problem are related to the development of predictive models for the development of vocational education.
