Abstract

The article examines the influence of Confucian philosophy on the development of China's modern educational system. The main objective of the work is a comprehensive analysis of the transformation of traditional Confucian principles into contemporary educational practices. The methodological basis of the research includes comparative analysis, graphical data visualization, and logical methods of information processing. Official documents of the PRC Ministry of Education, curricula, and statistics on the implementation of innovations were used as the empirical base. The study reveals the significant role of Confucian principles in shaping the value orientations of modern Chinese education. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of problematic aspects of modernizing the educational system and the difficulties of integrating traditional approaches into the modern pedagogical process. The fundamental Confucian principles of learning and the key characteristics of Confucianism that determined the formation of the national educational model are analyzed in detail. The conducted analysis revealed the specifics of adapting Confucian values in the context of educational digitalization and globalization challenges. Based on the research, a set of practical recommendations has been developed to optimize the use of educational practices, taking into account relevant Confucian principles. The author substantiates the necessity of harmoniously combining innovative educational approaches with traditional Confucian values that form the foundation of the cultural and historical heritage of the Chinese people.
