В современных условиях COVID-19 и времени резкого падения стоимости нефти в мире, жесткой конкуренции, нестабильности внешней среды особое значение имеет сохранение и приумножение потенциала организации, предоставления продукции надлежащего качества, создание положительного имиджа, удовлетворение потребностей покупателей, обеспечение долгосрочных конкурентных преимуществ компании на рынке и тому подобное. Актуальность исследования стратегического менеджмента и его моделей обусловлена отсутствием в экономической литературе современной точки зрения определения стратегического управления, а также тем, что существующие модели стратегического менеджмента являются слишком консервативными. Многие компании, вследствие пандемии, потеряли доходы, некоторые стали банкротами и прекратили свою деятельность вообще. Это показало, что модели управления, которые были раньше, сегодня больше не работают. Появление COVID-19 спровоцировало увеличение количества политических кризисов, усиление нестабильности экономики и существующей конкуренции. Все это возможно благодаря эффективному стратегическому управлению организацией, которое учитывает влияние факторов окружающей среды. Предлагаемый организационный механизм включает три этапа: подготовительный, этап стратегического выбора, планирования и разработки стратегических мер, этап реализации и контроля стратегии для повышения эффективности управления в нефтегазовой сфере.
In modern conditions of COVID-19 and the time of a sharp drop in the cost of oil in the world, fierce competition, instability of the external environment, it is of particular importance to preserve and increase the potential of the organization, provide products of appropriate quality, create a positive image, meet the needs of customers, ensure long-term competitive advantages of the company in the market, and so on. The relevance of the study of strategic management and its models is due to the lack of a modern definition of strategic management in the economic literature, as well as the fact that the existing models of strategic management are too conservative. Many companies, as a result of the pandemic, lost income, some went bankrupt and stopped their activities altogether. This showed that the management models that used to be no longer work today. The appearance of COVID-19 provoked an increase in the number of political crises, increased instability of the economy and existing competition. All this is possible thanks to the effective strategic management of the organization, which takes into account the influence of environmental factors. The proposed organizational mechanism includes three stages: preparatory, the stage of strategic selection, planning and development of strategic measures, the stage of implementation and control of the strategy to improve the efficiency of management in the oil and gas sector.
