Цель статьи – обосновать важность проведения экспертизы учебников для системы среднего профессионального образования (СПО) и четкость формулировки критериев оценивания, а также обозначить проблемы экспертизы учебников для системы СПО. Основные методы исследования: аналитический обзор, сравнение, методы анализа и синтеза. В статье обоснована востребованность системы СПО в Российской Федерации. Сформулированы основные цели СПО согласно Федеральному закону «Об образовании в Российской Федерации». Обоснованы важность проведения экспертизы учебников для системы СПО и необходимость четкой формулировки критериев оценивания учебно-теоретических материалов. Обозначены проблемы экспертизы учебников для системы СПО, связанные как с деятельностью эксперта, так и с содержательной составляющей учебника. По результатам исследования сделан вывод о том, что правильно организованный подход к подготовке и экспертизе учебников для системы СПО, с учетом новейших достижений науки и запросов рынка труда, поможет обучающимся наилучшим образом овладеть будущей профессией.
The purpose of the article is to justify the importance of the examination of textbooks for the system of secondary vocational education (SPE) and the clarity of the formulation of evaluation criteria, as well as to identify the problems of the examination of textbooks for the SPE system. Main research methods: analytical review, comparison, methods of analysis and synthesis. The article substantiates the demand for the SPO system in the Russian Federation. The main objectives of the SPO are formulated in accordance with the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation". The importance of conducting an expert examination of textbooks for the SPE system and the need for a clear formulation of evaluation criteria for educational and theoretical materials are justified. The problems of the examination of textbooks for the SPO system, related both to the activities of the expert and to the content component of the textbook, are identified. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that a properly organized approach to the preparation and examination of textbooks for the SPE system, taking into account the latest achievements of science and the demands of the labor market, will help students to master their future profession in the best possible way.
