Цель работы заключается в исследовании влияния конкурсного движения Worldskills на качественные изменения в подготовке обучающихся техникумов и колледжей. Основными задачами исследования являются: рассмотрение факторов, оказывающих влияние на качество среднего профессионального образования (СПО) на современном этапе преобразований в сфере образования Российской Федерации, анализ преимуществ реализации конкурсных механизмов в сфере СПО и оценка качественных изменений, происходящих под их влиянием. Гипотеза исследований состоит в предположении, что конкурсы профессионального мастерства и ресурсного обеспечения служат действенным инструментом повышения качества СПО. Для решения поставленных задач были использованы такие методы, как сравнение, анализ, обобщение информации из открытых источников по проблеме качества СПО, аналитические методы. Результаты исследований: конкурсы профессионального мастерства и ресурсного обеспечения на сегодняшний день являются одним из путей развития творчества и стимулирования профессионального роста педагогических работников, выступают механизмом развития мотивации обучающихся для расширения практических навыков, выступают фактором, обеспечивающим более глубокое изучение студентами учебных дисциплин и формирование профессиональных навыков, что в комплексе оказывает существенное влияние на масштабные качественные изменения в системе СПО, позволяя осуществлять выпуск специалистов, уровень подготовки которых в полной мере отвечает требованиям работодателей и вызовам современной экономики.
The aim of the work is to study the impact of the competitive Worldskills movement on the qualitative changes in the training of students of technical schools and colleges. The main objectives of the study are: to consider the factors that influence the quality of secondary vocational education (SPE) at the current stage of transformations in the field of education in the Russian Federation, to analyze the advantages of implementing competitive mechanisms in the field of SPE and to assess the qualitative changes that occur under their influence. The research hypothesis is based on the assumption that competitions of professional skills and resource provision serve as an effective tool for improving the quality of SPO. To solve the tasks, we used such methods as comparison, analysis, generalization of information from open sources on the problem of quality of SPO, analytical methods. Research results: competitions of professional skills and resource support are currently one of the ways to develop creativity and stimulate the professional growth of teachers, act as a mechanism for developing students ' motivation to expand practical skills, act as a factor that ensures a deeper study of academic disciplines by students and the formation of professional skills, which together has a significant impact on large-scale qualitative changes in the system of secondary vocational education, allowing for the graduation of specialists, the level of training that fully meets the requirements of employers and the challenges of the modern economy.
