Приоритетным направлением современной государственной политики в сложившихся социально-экономических условиях развития российского общества является воспитание культуры здоровья школьников с целью укрепления и сохранения здоровья, а также воспитания здорового подрастающего поколения. В соответствии с нормативно-правовыми документами: Федеральным законом «Об образовании в Российской Федерации» (Федеральный закон, 2012), Федеральным государственным образовательным стандартом начального общего образования (Приказ Министерства просвещения, 2021) и другими нормативно-правовыми актами, сбережение и укрепление здоровья обучающихся, формирование у них понимания ценности здоровья, здорового образа жизни становится одной из первостепенных задач и системы образования в целом. Младший школьный возраст по праву считается наиболее сенситивным периодом в аспекте воспитания культуры здоровья, мотивов и потребностей здорового образа жизни, поскольку именно в этом возрасте происходит усвоение информации, связанной с ЗОЖ, определяются жизненные принципы, вырабатывается индивидуальный стиль поведения, формируется способность к самопознанию и самосознанию, то есть имеется основа для проявления сознательной индивидуальной активности в области здорового образа жизни. Формирование у обучающихся культуры здоровья, воспитание потребности вести здоровый образ жизни — сложный многоэтапный процесс, все возможности для организации которого есть как на уроках, так и во внеурочной деятельности. Именно последняя располагает большим потенциалом форм, средств и методов для успешного осуществления этого процесса. В статье рассматривается проблема воспитания культуры здоровья младших школьников во внеурочной деятельности на примере программы курса «Азбука здоровьесбережения».

Primary school age is rightfully considered the most sensitive period in terms of educating a culture of health, motives and needs of a healthy lifestyle, since it is at this age that the assimilation of information related to a healthy lifestyle takes place, life principles are determined, an individual style of behavior is developed, the ability to self-knowledge and self-awareness is formed. , that is, there is a basis for the manifestation of conscious individual activity in the field of a healthy lifestyle. The formation of a culture of health among students, the education of the need to lead a healthy lifestyle is a complex multi-stage process, all the possibilities for organizing which are both in the classroom and in extracurricular activities. It is the latter that has a great potential for forms, means and methods for the successful implementation of this process. The article deals with the problem of educating the health culture of younger schoolchildren in extracurricular activities on the example of the program of the course "The ABC of Health Saving".
