В статье рассмотрены теоретические подходы к использованию филателии в образовании, которые разрабатывались в нашей стране с начала c 20-х годов XX века. Формирование готовности учителя к проектной деятельности с применением филателии рассматривается с точки зрения культурно-исторического, прагматического и гуманистического подходов. Нами выделены и раскрыты следующие психолого-педагогические аспекты применения филателии в профессиональной подготовке учителей: мотивационный, когнитивный и эмоционально-волевой. Проведен анализ зарубежного опыта использования филателии в Италии на основе национальной программы «Филателия и школы». Развитие и реализация программы программа «Основы филателии» для подготовки учителей в Северо-Западном педагогическом университете в Китае. Зарубежный опыт демонстрирует высокий потенциал филателии как образовательного ресурса. Это подтверждает возможность ее использования в подготовке учителей ОБЖ для формирования готовности к проектной деятельности.
The article discusses theoretical approaches to the use of philately in education, which have been developed in our country since the early 20s of the XX century. The formation of a teacher's readiness for project activities using philately is considered from the point of view of cultural, historical, pragmatic and humanistic approaches. We have identified and disclosed the following psychological and pedagogical aspects of the use of philately in teacher training: motivational, cognitive, and emotional-volitional. The analysis of foreign experience in the use of philately in Italy is carried out on the basis of the national program «Philately and schools». Development and implementation of the Philately Fundamentals program for teacher training at Northwestern Pedagogical University in China. Foreign experience demonstrates the high potential of philately as an educational resource. This confirms the possibility of its use in the training of teachers of housing and communal services for the formation of readiness for project activities.
