В условиях цифровой трансформации образования особую актуальность приобретает внедрение эффективных моделей управления образовательными организациями на основе современных информационных технологий. Данное исследование направлено на систематизацию и анализ существующих подходов к информатизации управленческих процессов в образовательных организациях различного уровня. Методологическую основу работы составили системный подход, анализ документации, опрос руководителей образовательных организаций и экспертная оценка. Эмпирическая база исследования включает данные обследования 137 образовательных организаций из 18 регионов России за период 2022-2024 годов. Выделены и охарактеризованы четыре ключевые модели управления образовательными организациями на основе информационных технологий: базовая информационная, интегрированная управленческая, цифровая аналитическая и платформенная экосистемная. Определены организационно-технические параметры каждой модели, преимущества и ограничения, а также условия эффективного внедрения. Разработана методика оценки цифровой зрелости системы управления образовательной организацией, позволяющая определить оптимальную траекторию цифровой трансформации. Выявлены ключевые барьеры внедрения цифровых моделей управления и предложены практические рекомендации по их преодолению. Результаты исследования могут служить методической основой для руководителей образовательных организаций при проектировании и реализации стратегий цифровой трансформации управленческих процессов.In the context of the digital transformation of education, the introduction of effective management models for educational organizations based on modern information technologies is becoming particularly relevant. This research is aimed at systematization and analysis of existing approaches to informatization of management processes in educational organizations of various levels. The methodological basis of the work was a systematic approach, documentation analysis, a survey of heads of educational organizations and an expert assessment. The empirical base of the study includes data from a survey of 137 educational institutions from 18 regions of Russia for the period 2022-2024. Four key models of information technology-based management of educational organizations are identified and characterized: basic information, integrated management, digital analytical and ecosystem platform. The organizational and technical parameters of each model, advantages and limitations, as well as conditions for effective implementation are defined. A methodology has been developed to assess the digital maturity of the educational organization s management system, which makes it possible to determine the optimal trajectory of digital transformation. The key barriers to the introduction of digital management models have been identified and practical recommendations for overcoming them have been proposed.
