В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с ролью куратора в системе воспитательной работы вуза. Целью исследования является анализ роли куратора и эффективности работы его в вузе со студентами. Основными методами для проведения данного исследования явились: анализ, графический метод, логического рассуждения и другие. Автором статьи подчеркивается важность развития института кураторства в современных условиях. Определены основные проблемы, препятствующие эффективной работе куратора в вузе со студентами. Определена роль куратора в системе воспитательной работы вуза. Автор статьи указывает на то, что деятельность куратора студенческой группы должна быть ненавязчивой, аккуратной. Основная задача куратора – это помочь студентам в решении возникших проблем и трудностей. Изучены основные обязанности куратора при выполнении основной работы. Разработаны практические рекомендации, направленные на повышение эффективности воспитательной работы куратора вуза со студентами. Основными ожидаемыми результатами от реализации предложенных рекомендаций должны стать: повышение эффективности и качества работы в студенческой группе; формирование дружного и сплоченного коллектива; оперативное решение возникающих проблем; развитие культуры общения и поведения в студенческой группе; формирование мотивации к учебной деятельности; профилактика конфликтных ситуаций и других негативных событий.
This article discusses issues related to the role of a curator in the educational system of a university. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of a curator and the effectiveness of their work with students at a university. The main methods used in this research include analysis, graphical methods, logical reasoning, and others. The author emphasizes the importance of developing the institution of curatorship in modern conditions. The article identifies the main challenges that hinder the effective work of a curator at a university with students. The role of the curator in the university's educational system has been determined. The author of the article points out that the activities of the student group's curator should be unobtrusive and careful. The main task of the curator is to help students solve their problems and difficulties. The main responsibilities of the curator have been studied in the context of their main work. Practical recommendations have been developed to enhance the effectiveness of the curator's educational activities with students. The main expected results of implementing the proposed recommendations should be: increasing the efficiency and quality of work in the student group; forming a friendly and united team; promptly solving emerging problems; developing a culture of communication and behavior in the student group; creating motivation for educational activities; and preventing conflict situations and other negative events.
