<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses current problems and modern approaches to the formation of a favorable moral and psychological climate in military groups of conscripted military personnel. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the structural components of the moral and psychological climate and its impact on the effectiveness of service and combat activities, the moral and psychological state of military personnel, and team cohesion. Based on an empirical study conducted in 2023-2024 with the participation of 478 conscripted military personnel, key factors determining the quality of the moral and psychological climate have been identified and systematized. The study showed that 68% of respondents consider interpersonal relationships in a team to be a determining factor in successful adaptation to military service. It was found that the targeted use of a complex of psychological and pedagogical methods helps to reduce conflict by 43.7%, improve communication by 56.2%, and increase the cohesion of military teams by 37.4%. A system of practical recommendations for creating and maintaining a favorable moral and psychological climate in the units where conscripted military personnel serve is presented. The integrative approach proposed by the author expands the theoretical understanding of the mechanisms of formation of an optimal moral and psychological climate and offers practical tools for its diagnosis and correction in modern conditions of functioning of military collectives.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><title>Ключевые слова</title><kwd>нравственно-психологический климат</kwd><kwd>воинский коллектив </kwd><kwd>военнослужащие по призыву</kwd><kwd>межличностные отношения</kwd><kwd>адаптация к военной службе</kwd><kwd>сплоченность</kwd><kwd>военная педагогика</kwd><kwd>групповая динамика</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><title>Keywords</title><kwd>moral and psychological climate</kwd><kwd>military collective</kwd><kwd>conscripted military personnel</kwd><kwd>interpersonal relations</kwd><kwd>adaptation to military service</kwd><kwd>cohesion</kwd><kwd>military pedagogy</kwd><kwd>group dynamics</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group>
