В статье на примере города Оренбурга охарактеризована внешкольная работа с подростками в середине 1950-х – середине 1960-х годов. Подчеркивается, что в процесс воспитания активно включены производственные коллективы базовых и шефствующих предприятий. Развиваются молодежные клубы, клубы выходного дня, клубы юных краеведов, клубы веселых и находчивых, клубы юных художников. Середина 1950-х - 1960-х годов - время в истории России, связанное с именем Никиты Сергеевича Хрущева. Реформы данного периода охватили не только политику, экономику, культуру, но и образование и науку. Название реформам дала повесть Ильи Эренбурга «оттепель». Данный период характеризуется свободой жизни, возможностью самовыражения, честным творчеством. Особенности исторического периода отразились на деятельности внешкольных учреждений Оренбурга, в центре внимания которых: интерес ребенка, его деятельность в коллективе; демонстрация обучающемуся значимости его знаний и умений для коллектива; учет успехов ребенка; обмен информацией между внешкольным учреждением и школой об участниках творческих коллективов. В связи с этим, воспитание подрастающего поколения во внешкольных учреждениях начинает приобретать «деятельностный» характер. Развивается методика коллективного творческого дела И.П. Иванова.
The article describes extracurricular work with teenagers in the mid-1950s – mid-1960s using the example of the city of Orenburg. It is emphasized that the production teams of basic and patronizing enterprises are actively involved in the process of education. Youth clubs, weekend clubs, clubs of young local historians, clubs of the cheerful and resourceful, clubs of young artists are developing. The mid-1950s - 1960s is a time in the history of Russia associated with the name of Nikita Sergeyevich Khrushchev. The reforms of this period covered not only politics, economics, culture, but also education and science. The name of the reforms was given by Ilya Ehrenburg's novel "thaw". This period is characterized by freedom of life, the possibility of selfexpression, honest creativity. The peculiarities of the historical period were reflected in the activities of out-ofschool institutions in Orenburg, which focus on: the interest of the child, his activities in the team; demonstrating to the student the importance of his knowledge and skills for the team; taking into account the success of the child; exchange of information between the out-of-school institution and the school about the participants of creative teams. In this regard, the upbringing of the younger generation in extracurricular institutions is beginning to acquire an "activity" character. The methodology of I.P. Ivanov's collective creative work is being developed.
