В статье рассматривается актуальность развития правовых аспектов педагогического процесса в решении задач дошкольного правового воспитания. Необходимость развития компетентности педагогов, в области дошкольного правового воспитания, обоснована важностью реализации требований, определенных Федеральным государственным образовательным стандартом дошкольного образования, в области правового воспитания и социального воспитания ребенка. Автор определил структуру компетентности педагогов в области дошкольного правового образования, представил характеристики компонентов, описал уровни их сформированности. Предложена модель развития педагогического процесса в области дошкольного правового образования, раскрыты педагогические условия ее реализации. Приведены примеры рекомендуемых форм и методов развития педагогического процесса в области дошкольного правового образования, которые могут быть реализованы в дошкольной образовательной организации.
The article considers the relevance of the development of legal aspects of the pedagogical process in solving the problems of preschool legal education. The need to develop the competence of teachers in the field of preschool legal education is justified by the importance of implementing the requirements defined by the Federal State Educational Standard of Preschool Education in the field of legal education and social education of a child. The author defined the structure of teachers' competence in the field of preschool legal education, presented the characteristics of the components, described the levels of their formation. A model of the development of the pedagogical process in the field of preschool legal education is proposed, the pedagogical conditions for its implementation are disclosed. Examples of recommended forms and methods of development of the pedagogical process in the field of preschool legal education, which can be implemented in a preschool educational organization, are given.
