В данной статье анализируются актуальные для современных российских реалий проблемы, характеризующие процесс становления инклюзивной культуры в обществе. Подробно раскрывается вопрос формирования инклюзивной толерантности у дошкольников к сверстникам, имеющим особенности развития. Авторы аргументируют это необходимостью формирования толерантного отношения к таким людям с ранних лет и приводят примеры интолерантности к инвалидам. На основании глубокого анализа исследований по вопросу инклюзии, авторы обозначают проблемы, с которыми сталкивается ребенок с особенностями в детском коллективе дошкольного образовательного учреждения. Кроме того, в статье обозначены способы формирования инклюзивной толерантности у воспитанников детского сада. В исследовании особо подчеркивается, что инклюзия в настоящее время затрагивает все уровни образования и является приоритетным направлением государственной политики.
This article analyzes the problems relevant to modern Russian realities that characterize the process of formation of an inclusive culture in society. The issue of the formation of inclusive tolerance among preschoolers to peers with developmental characteristics is discussed in detail. The authors argue that it is necessary to form a tolerant attitude towards such people from an early age and give examples of intolerance to people with disabilities. Based on an in-depth analysis of research on the issue of inclusion, the authors identify the problems faced by a child with special needs in the children's collective of a preschool educational institution. In addition, the article outlines ways to form inclusive tolerance among kindergarten students. The study emphasizes that inclusion currently affects all levels of education and is a priority area of public policy.
