Интеграция технологий искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в систему управления образовательным процессом становится ключевым фактором трансформации современного образования. В статье представлен системный анализ потенциала ИИ-технологий в контексте оптимизации административных процессов, персонализации обучения и повышения эффективности образовательного менеджмента. На основе комплексного исследования, включающего количественный и качественный анализ внедрения ИИ-систем в российских образовательных учреждениях, выявлены основные тенденции, барьеры и перспективные направления развития интеллектуальных систем управления. Результаты исследования демонстрируют значительный потенциал ИИ-технологий в сфере прогностической аналитики, адаптивного планирования образовательных траекторий и автоматизации рутинных административных процессов. Установлено, что внедрение ИИ-систем способствует снижению управленческой нагрузки на преподавательский состав до 42%, повышению точности прогнозирования образовательных результатов на 37% и оптимизации распределения ресурсов образовательного учреждения на 28%. Предложена концептуальная модель интеграции ИИ в управленческие процессы образовательных организаций различного уровня с учетом этических, правовых и технологических аспектов. Определены ключевые направления дальнейших исследований в области развития гибридных человеко-машинных управленческих систем в образовании с акцентом на сохранение баланса между технологической эффективностью и гуманистическими ценностями образовательного процесса.
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the educational process management system is becoming a key factor in the transformation of modern education. The article presents a systematic analysis of the potential of AI technologies in the context of optimizing administrative processes, personalizing learning and improving the effectiveness of educational management. Based on a comprehensive study that includes a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the implementation of AI systems in Russian educational institutions, the main trends, barriers and promising areas for the development of intelligent control systems have been identified. The results of the study demonstrate the significant potential of AI technologies in the field of predictive analytics, adaptive planning of educational trajectories and automation of routine administrative processes. It has been established that the introduction of AI systems helps to reduce the managerial burden on the teaching staff by up to 42%, increase the accuracy of forecasting educational results by 37% and optimize the allocation of educational institution resources by 28%. A conceptual model for integrating AI into the management processes of educational organizations at various levels is proposed, taking into account ethical, legal and technological aspects. The key directions of further research in the field of development of hybrid human-machine management systems in education with an emphasis on maintaining a balance between technological efficiency and humanistic values of the educational process are identified.
