			<abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассмотрена история развития специального и инклюзивного образования в Сингапуре, описаны существующие программы подготовки педагогов к работе с детьми с особыми образовательными потребностями. Целью данной статьи является выявление особенностей подготовки педагогов к реализации специального и инклюзивного образования в Сингапуре. Исследование проводится на основе работы с теоретической и учебно-методической литературой по теме подготовки педагогов для работы в условиях специального и инклюзивного образования. Выявлены следующие особенности: Национальным институтом образования и Министерством образования Сингапура проводится финансовое стимулирование компетентных педагогов; используются практико- ориентированные программы подготовки в целях повышения готовности педагогов к работе с детьми с особыми потребностями; реализована современная модель обмена положительным опытом между школами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article examines the history of the development of special and inclusive education in Singapore, describes the existing training programs for teachers to work with children with special educational needs. The purpose of this article is to identify the specifics of teacher training for the implementation of special and inclusive education in Singapore. The research is based on the work with theoretical and educational literature on the topic of teacher training for work in special and inclusive education.
