В настоящем исследовании представлен комплексный анализ процесса развития функциональной компетентности курсантов военных вузов на основе внедрения интерактивных методов обучения. Актуальность исследования обусловлена возрастающими требованиями к профессиональной подготовке военных специалистов в условиях трансформации современной образовательной парадигмы и необходимостью повышения эффективности их обучения для выполнения сложных задач в динамично меняющихся условиях. На основе системного анализа теоретических и эмпирических данных определена сущность функциональной компетентности курсантов, выявлены структурно- функциональные компоненты системы интерактивного обучения в военном вузе и разработана модель ее формирования. Представлены результаты экспериментального исследования, проведенного на базе трех военных вузов с участием 275 курсантов и 42 преподавателей, доказывающие, что применение комплекса интерактивных методов обучения (кейс-методов, деловых игр, проблемных дискуссий, симуляционных технологий) приводит к статистически значимому повышению уровня функциональной компетентности курсантов на 37,8%. Выявлены ключевые педагогические условия эффективности интеграции интерактивных методов в профессионально-ориентированную среду военного вуза, включая необходимость трансформации роли преподавателя, оптимизацию информационно-образовательной среды, модернизацию системы оценивания и учет специфики военно-профессиональной деятельности. Предложены практические рекомендации по системному внедрению интерактивных методов обучения в образовательный процесс военных вузов, что представляет значительную ценность для совершенствования системы военного образования.
This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the process of developing the functional competence of military university cadets based on the introduction of interactive teaching methods. The relevance of the research is due to the increasing requirements for the professional training of military specialists in the context of the transformation of the modern educational paradigm and the need to increase the effectiveness of their training to perform complex tasks in a dynamically changing environment. Based on a systematic analysis of theoretical and empirical data, the essence of cadets' functional competence has been determined, the structural and functional components of the interactive learning system at a military university have been identified, and a model for its formation has been developed. The results of an experimental study conducted on the basis of three military universities with the participation of 275 cadets and 42 teachers are presented, proving that the use of a set of interactive teaching methods (case methods, business games, problem discussions, simulation technologies) leads to a statistically significant increase in the level of functional competence of cadets by 37,8%. The key pedagogical conditions for the effective integration of interactive methods into the professionally oriented environment of a military university have been identified, including the need to transform the role of a teacher, optimize the information and educational environment, modernize the assessment system and take into account the specifics of military professional activities. Practical recommendations on the systematic implementation of interactive teaching methods in the educational process of military universities are proposed, which is of significant value for improving the military education system.
