<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The dynamic development of virtual (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies opens up new opportunities for the transformation of educational processes in the field of industrial safety. This study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the integration of VR/AR technologies into safety training for emergency simulation at production facilities. A systematic analysis of the effectiveness of immersive technologies in comparison with traditional teaching methods has been conducted based on a quasi-experimental study involving 198 employees of enterprises in various industries. The methodological framework included an assessment of the level of assimilation of theoretical knowledge, the development of practical skills and changes in behavioral patterns using a modified four-level Kirkpatrick model. The results of the study demonstrate a statistically significant increase in learning efficiency when using VR/AR: the increase in learning rates amounted to 37.4%, the rate of formation of practical skills increased by 28.9%, and long-term behavioral transfer increased by 42.1% compared to traditional formats. A conceptual model and technological architecture of a unified educational platform for the system integration of immersive technologies into corporate safety training programs has been developed. The theoretical significance of the research lies in the formation of a science-oriented infrastructure for industrial safety through immersive educational technologies. The practical value of the work is determined by the creation of methodological tools for designing effective safety training programs with the integration of VR/AR technologies.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><title>Ключевые слова</title><kwd>виртуальная реальность</kwd><kwd>дополненная реальность</kwd><kwd>техника безопасности</kwd><kwd>иммерсивное обучение</kwd><kwd>моделирование аварийных ситуаций</kwd><kwd>производственная безопасность</kwd><kwd>техногенные риски.</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><title>Keywords</title><kwd>virtual reality</kwd><kwd>augmented reality</kwd><kwd>safety technology</kwd><kwd>immersive learning</kwd><kwd>emergency simulation</kwd><kwd>industrial safety</kwd><kwd>technogenic risks.</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group>
