В статье рассматриваются ключевые особенности комплекса средств обучения, применяемых на уроках «Основ безопасности и защиты Родины» (ОБЗР) в современной общеобразовательной школе. Исследование основано на анализе материально-технической базы и методического обеспечения кабинетов ОБЗР, выявлении эффективных инновационных и традиционных средств обучения в контексте формирования у обучающихся практических навыков безопасности и патриотического воспитания. Анализ нормативно-правовой базы и научно-методической литературы позволил определить ключевые компоненты образовательной среды, необходимые для реализации программы нового учебного предмета в соответствии с современными требованиями. На основе эмпирического исследования выявлены наиболее эффективные средства и методы обучения, обеспечивающие высокий уровень усвоения знаний и формирования практических навыков. Представлена авторская модель комплексного использования традиционных и современных средств обучения, включающая интерактивное оборудование, тренажеры, цифровые образовательные ресурсы. Проведенный статистический анализ показал значимые корреляции между качеством комплекса средств обучения и результативностью образовательного процесса. Сформулированы методические рекомендации по оптимизации материально-технической базы кабинетов ОБЗР с учетом региональных особенностей и финансовых возможностей образовательных учреждений.
The article examines the key features of the complex of teaching tools used in the lessons of the
«Fundamentals of security and protection of the Motherland» (OBZR) in a modern secondary school. The research is based on the analysis of the material and technical base and methodological support of the OCR classrooms, the identification of effective innovative and traditional teaching tools in the context of the formation of students' practical safety skills and patriotic education. The analysis of the regulatory framework and scientific and methodological literature made it possible to identify the key components of the educational environment necessary for the implementation of the program of a new academic subject in accordance with modern requirements. Based on empirical research, the most effective means and methods of teaching have been identified, ensuring a high level of knowledge acquisition and the formation of practical skills. The author's model of the integrated use of traditional and modern learning tools, including interactive equipment, simulators, and digital educational resources, is presented. The conducted statistical analysis showed significant correlations between the quality of the complex of teaching tools and the effectiveness of the educational process. Methodological recommendations for optimizing the material and technical base of HR departments are formulated, taking into account regional peculiarities and financial capabilities of educational institutions.
