Настоящее исследование посвящено анализу влияния внеучебной спортивной деятельности на формирование профессиональных компетенций студентов физкультурных вузов Китая. Проведено комплексное эмпирическое исследование на базе Хэнаньского спортивного университета с использованием количественных методов анализа данных. Результаты свидетельствуют о высокой степени вовлеченности студентов (85%) во внеучебные спортивные мероприятия, при этом наибольшей популярностью пользуются спортивные соревнования (28%) и спортивные клубы (26%). Установлена статистически значимая корреляция между участием во внеучебной деятельности и развитием ключевых профессиональных компетенций, в частности навыков командной работы (28%), коммуникативных способностей (24%) и лидерства (22%). Исследование выявило ряд факторов, препятствующих активному участию студентов, включая нехватку времени (46%) и недостаточную информационную поддержку (19%). На основе полученных данных разработаны рекомендации по оптимизации системы внеучебной деятельности, направленные на повышение эффективности формирования профессиональных компетенций студентов. Полученные результаты расширяют теоретическое понимание роли внеучебной деятельности в профессиональном становлении будущих специалистов в области физической культуры и спорта, а также имеют практическое значение для совершенствования образовательного процесса в спортивных вузах Китая.

This study is devoted to the analysis of the impact of extracurricular sports activities on the formation of professional competencies of students of physical education universities in China. A comprehensive empirical study was conducted on the basis of Henan Sports University using quantitative data analysis methods. The results indicate a high degree of student involvement (85%) in extracurricular sports activities, with sports competitions (28%) and sports clubs (26%) being the most popular. There is a statistically significant correlation between participation in extracurricular activities and the development of key professional competencies, in particular teamwork skills (28%), communication skills (24%) and leadership (22%). The study identified a number of factors that hinder students' active participation, including lack of time (46%) and insufficient information support (19%). Based on the data obtained, recommendations have been developed to optimize the system of extracurricular activities aimed at improving the effectiveness of the formation of students' professional competencies. The results obtained expand the theoretical understanding of the role of extracurricular activities in the professional development of future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports, and are also of practical importance for improving the educational process in sports universities in China.
