Создание национальной системы высшего образования вследствие выхода из Болонской системы, формирование технологического суверенитета и достижение государственных целей определили новые подходы к подготовке инженерных кадров в Российской Федерации. В публикации обоснована актуальность и новые подходы к созданию комплексной интегрированной экосистемы непрерывного образования в техническом университете на примере подготовки горных инженеров. Авторами предлагается осуществлять подготовку инженеров в техническом вузе с учетом приоритетных направлений трансформации высшего образования в условиях выхода из Болонского процесса: интеграции высшего и дополнительного профессионального образования, высшего и неформального онлайн образования, вузов с индустриальными партнерами. Для достижения данных целей в статье представлены научно-методологические основы разработки и внедрения педагогической модели экосистемы непрерывного образования инженерных кадров в техническом вузе: обоснование актуальности и своевременности, выявление новизны данного исследования, определение структуры и этапов. Разработка научно-методологических основ создания региональной экосистемы непрерывного образования специалистов на примере подготовки горных инженеров позволит выработать механизм подготовки кадров на примере горных инженеров для регионального рынка труда.
The creation of a national higher education system as a result of the withdrawal from the Bologna system, the formation of technological sovereignty and the achievement of state goals have defined new approaches to the training of engineering personnel in the Russian Federation. The publication substantiates the relevance and new approaches to creating a comprehensive integrated ecosystem of continuing education at a technical university using the example of training mining engineers. The authors propose to train engineers at a technical university, taking into account the priority areas of higher education transformation in the context of withdrawal from the Bologna process: integration of higher and additional professional education, higher and non-formal online education, universities with industrial partners.
