Исследование посвящено анализу актуальных проблем интеграции народных инструментов в систему современного музыкального образования. В условиях глобализации и цифровизации образовательной среды сохранение этнокультурного музыкального наследия требует комплексного управленческого подхода. Изучены институциональные, педагогические и социокультурные аспекты преподавания игры на народных инструментах в различных типах образовательных учреждений. Методология исследования основана на системном подходе и включает контент-анализ образовательных программ 87 музыкальных учебных заведений России, многофакторный анализ динамики контингента обучающихся (n=2634), экспертные интервью с руководителями образовательных организаций (n=42) и педагогический эксперимент по внедрению инновационных методик обучения. Результаты демонстрируют неравномерное распределение образовательных ресурсов между различными направлениями народного инструментального исполнительства (коэффициент вариации 0,63) и снижение востребованности традиционных методик обучения на 37,2% за последние пять лет. Установлена корреляция (r=0,78) между эффективностью учебных программ и степенью интеграции цифровых технологий в образовательный процесс. Идентифицированы ключевые управленческие дефициты в системе музыкального образования, препятствующие полноценной реализации этнокультурного компонента. Разработана и апробирована модель комплексного управления процессом обучения игре на народных инструментах, повышающая эффективность образовательных результатов на 42,7%. Теоретическая и практическая значимость исследования заключается в формировании научно обоснованных подходов к управленческим решениям в сфере музыкального образования, направленным на сохранение и развитие традиций народного инструментального исполнительства.
The research is devoted to the analysis of current problems of the integration of folk instruments into the system of modern musical education. In the context of globalization and digitalization of the educational environment, the preservation of the ethno-cultural musical heritage requires an integrated management approach. The institutional, pedagogical and socio-cultural aspects of teaching folk instruments in various types of educational institutions have been studied. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach and includes a content analysis of the educational programs of 87 music educational institutions in Russia, a multifactorial analysis of the dynamics of the student body (n=2634), expert interviews with heads of educational organizations (n=42) and a pedagogical experiment on the introduction of innovative teaching methods. The results demonstrate an uneven distribution of educational resources between different areas of folk instrumental performance (coefficient of variation 0.63) and a decrease in demand for traditional teaching methods by 37,2% over the past five years. A correlation (r=0.78) has been established between the effectiveness of educational programs and the degree of integration of digital technologies into the educational process. The key managerial deficits in the music education system that hinder the full implementation of the ethno-cultural component have been identified. A model of integrated management of the learning process of playing folk instruments has been developed and tested, increasing the effectiveness of educational outcomes by 42,7%. The theoretical and practical significance of the research lies in the formation of scientifically based approaches to management decisions in the field of music education aimed at preserving and developing the traditions of folk instrumental performance.
