В статье приведены результаты исследования по анализу наукометрических показателей публикационной активности по теме ИИ, включая ИИ в высшем образовании, в международных базах данных. На основе анализа информации определены основные тенденции, заключающиеся в увеличении количества научных публикаций и других наукометрических показателей по теме ИИ, а также страны, которые определяют лидирующие технологические направления развития ИИ в мире. Выявлен экспоненциальный рост количества публикаций по теме ИИ в высшем образовании за 2004-2024 годы со значительным ростом количества статей в период пандемии COVID-19 и постпандемийный период, что может быть вызвано развитием технологий ИИ и их использования в сфере высшего образования. Также определены востребованные научные направления (предметные области) по теме ИИ в высшем образовании.

The article presents the results of a study on the analysis of scientometric indicators of publication activity on the topic of AI, including AI in higher education, in international databases. Based on the analysis of the information, the main trends are identified, which consist in an increase in the number of scientific publications and other scientometric indicators on the topic of AI, as well as countries that determine the leading technological directions of AI development in the world. The exponential growth in the number of publications on AI in higher education in 2004-2024 has been revealed, with a significant increase in the number of articles during the COVID-19 pandemic and the post-pandemic period, which may be caused by the development of AI technologies and their use in higher education. The most demanded scientific directions (subject areas) on the topic of AI in higher education have also been identified.
