Статья посвящена анализу перспектив персонализации обучения в медицинских вузах на основе интеграции цифровых технологий и компетентностного подхода. Актуальность темы обусловлена растущей потребностью в индивидуализации образовательных траекторий в условиях цифровизации здравоохранения. Цель исследования – разработка концептуальной модели персонализации обучения студентов-медиков с учетом трендов цифровой трансформации и требований компетентностного подхода. Методы включали анализ литературы, экспертные интервью (n=25), анкетирование студентов (n=350) и моделирование образовательного процесса. Выявлены ключевые направления персонализации: адаптивные образовательные ресурсы, цифровые портфолио компетенций, виртуальные тренажеры и симуляторы. Разработана модель персонализированной образовательной среды медицинского вуза, интегрирующая цифровые инструменты оценки компетенций, построения индивидуальных траекторий и управления обучением. Доказана эффективность модели: прирост уровня компетенций составил 28,5% (p<0,01), удовлетворенность обучением выросла на 34,7% (p<0,01). Результаты исследования обогащают теорию персонализации образования, открывают перспективы для дальнейшей цифровой трансформации медицинских вузов.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the prospects for the personalization of education in medical universities based on the integration of digital technologies and a competency-based approach. The relevance of the topic is due to the growing need for individualization of educational trajectories in the context of digitalization of healthcare. The purpose of the research is to develop a conceptual model for the personalization of medical students' education, taking into account the trends of digital transformation and the requirements of a competence-based approach. The methods included literature analysis, expert interviews (n=25), student questionnaires (n=350), and modeling of the educational process. Key areas of personalization have been identified: adaptive educational resources, digital portfolios of competencies, virtual simulators and simulators. A model of a personalized educational environment of a medical university has been developed that integrates digital tools for assessing competencies, building individual trajectories, and managing learning. The effectiveness of the model has been proven: the increase in the level of competencies amounted to 28.5% (p<0.01), satisfaction with learning increased by 34.7% (p<0.01). The results of the study enrich the theory of education personalization and open up prospects for further digital transformation of medical universities.
