На основе принципа единства исторического и логического в статье представлен опыт участия первых российских университетов в деле подготовки школьных учителей и варианты возможной его актуализации в настоящее время. Исторический опыт данной деятельности включает в себя: разработку учебных планов, программ и учебно-методических пособий для университетских гимназий, где преподают профессора и студенты университета; открытие учительских семинарий и институтов в структуре университета; создание в университете кафедры педагогики и педагогических курсов для подготовки учителей-предметников из числа выпускников по различным направлениям науки. В современных условиях данный опыт может быть успешно адаптирован с учетом реалий сегодняшнего дня виде: создания университетского комплекса, с входящими в его структуру педагогическим колледжем и институтом; построения системы непрерывного педагогического образования, начиная с профильных педагогических классов; создания регионального педагогического кластера, с ведущей ролью университета.
Based on the principle of the unity of historical and logical, the article presents the experience of the participation of the first Russian universities in the training of school teachers and the options for its possible actualization at the present time. The historical experience of this activity includes: the development of curricula, programs and teaching aids for university gymnasiums, where professors and students of the university teach; the opening of teachers' seminaries and institutes in the university structure; creation of a department of pedagogy and pedagogical courses at the university for the training of subject teachers from among graduates in various fields of science. In modern conditions, this experience can be successfully adapted to the realities of today in the form of: creating a university complex with a pedagogical college and institute included in its structure; building a system of continuing pedagogical education, starting with specialized pedagogical classes; creating a regional pedagogical cluster, with the leading role of the university.
