В статье рассматривается понятие «локус контроля», оно обозначает характеристики личности, которые формируют отношение человека к окружающему мира. Важным моментом в изучении влияния локуса контроля, или когнитивной ориентации, является определение того, к какой группе по локусу контроля относится тот или иной человек. Интернальность и экстернальность как два противоположных типа локализации контроля различаются склонностью индивида атрибутировать результаты своей деятельности либо собственным усилиям, либо внешним обстоятельствам. Эти различия находят отражение в профессиональной сфере, определяя степень удовлетворенности работой, успешность выполнения учебных и трудовых задач, творческую активность. Учет индивидуальных особенностей сотрудников в отношении локуса контроля позволяет эффективно распределять обязанности, оптимизировать взаимодействие в коллективе и повышать продуктивность труда. Всесторонний анализ локуса контроля подчеркивает его значимость для личностного роста, психологического благополучия и успешности профессиональной деятельности человека.
The article discusses the concept of "locus of control", it designates personality characteristics that shape a person's attitude to the world around them. An important point in studying the influence of the locus of control, or cognitive orientation, is to determine which group a particular person belongs to according to the locus of control. Internality and externality, as two opposite types of control localization, differ in an individual's tendency to attribute the results of his activity either to his own efforts or to external circumstances. These differences are reflected in the professional sphere, determining the degree of job satisfaction, the success of completing educational and work tasks, and creative activity. Taking into account the individual characteristics of employees in relation to the locus of control allows them to effectively allocate responsibilities, optimize team interaction and increase productivity. A comprehensive analysis of the locus of control highlights its importance for personal growth, psychological well-being, and the success of a person's professional activities.
