Цель статьи заключается в анализе научных исследований в обучении эффективной и целесообразной речи в сфере риторики России, Херсонской области на примере Херсонской академии непрерывного образования. В статье рассматривается синергетизм воздействия на личность, общество и государство научных достижений философии сердца, классический риторики, риторики Древней Руси и позднейших периодов России, неориторики кордоцентризма, элементов гомилетики в авторской Школе риторики «Златоуст» Херсонской области в условиях вызовов XXI века. В ходе исследования были выявлены современные аспекты изучения риторики, обозначена роль риторики в системе российского образования, представлена деятельность «Херсонской академии непрерывного образования», ее результаты и трансляция опыта в исследовательской педагогике. Результаты исследования могут ориентировать учителей-исследователей на дальнейшие разработки и создание инновационных программ.
The purpose of the article is to analyze scientific research in teaching effective and expedient speech in the field of rhetoric in Russia, the Kherson region on the example of the Kherson Academy of Continuing Education. The article examines the synergetic effects on personality, society and the state of scientific achievements of philosophy of the heart, classical rhetoric, rhetoric of Ancient Russia and later periods of Russia, neo-rhetoric of kordocentrism, elements of homiletics in the author's School of rhetoric "Zlatoust" of the Kherson region in the context of challenges of the XXI century. The research revealed modern aspects of the study of rhetoric, outlined the role of rhetoric in the Russian education system, presented the activities of the Kherson Academy of Continuing Education, its results and the translation of experience in research pedagogy. The results of the study can guide research teachers to further develop and create innovative programs.
