Настоящая статья посвящена анализу совершенствования навыков оформления юридических документов как фактора повышения правовой культуры сотрудников органов внутренних дел (ОВД). Актуальность исследования обусловлена недостаточной разработанностью проблемы взаимосвязи качества подготовки процессуальных актов и уровня правосознания работников правоохранительных структур. На основе комплексной методики, включающей анкетирование, экспертное интервьюирование, анализ документации по делопроизводству, проведен сравнительный анализ навыков оформления служебных документов у сотрудников ОВД с различным стажем службы (n=350). С помощью корреляционного анализа выявлено наличие прямой зависимости между уровнем владения навыками документирования и правовой квалификацией респондентов (r=0,67; p<0,01). Установлено, что повышение качества оформления юридических документов на 14,3% связано с ростом показателей правовой грамотности и законопослушности сотрудников. Результаты исследования имеют практическую ценность для оптимизации системы профессионального обучения в ОВД и формирования высокой правовой культуры правоприменителей. Перспективы дальнейшей разработки темы связаны с валидизацией полученных результатов на выборках сотрудников иных правоохранительных органов
This article is devoted to the analysis of improving the skills of processing legal documents as a factor in improving the legal culture of employees of internal affairs bodies (ATS). The relevance of the study is due to the insufficient elaboration of the problem of the relationship between the quality of preparation of procedural acts and the level of legal awareness of law enforcement officials. Based on a comprehensive methodology, including questionnaires, expert interviews, and analysis of paperwork, a comparative analysis of the skills of official document processing among police officers with different service experience (n=350) was conducted. Correlation analysis revealed a direct relationship between the level of documentation skills and the legal qualifications of the respondents (r=0.67; p<0.01). It was found that a 14.3% increase in the quality of legal documents is associated with an increase in the indicators of legal literacy and law-abiding employees. The results of the study have practical value for optimizing the system of professional training in the Department of Internal Affairs and the formation of a high legal culture of law enforcement officers. The prospects for further development of the topic are related to the validation of the results obtained on samples of employees of other law enforcement agencies.
