Сегодня в России большое внимание уделяется повышению престижа профессий ТЭК в молодежной среде. Главное событие в области развития энергетики – Молодежный день Международного форума «Российская энергетическая неделя», являясь эффективным инструментом для осуществления данной цели, ежегодно собирает на одной площадке студентов и молодых специалистов отрасли, а также руководителей крупнейших компаний. Здесь молодые люди делятся с профессионалами своими эффективными практиками, получают профессиональную оценку и советы по построению успешной карьеры.
Своим мастерством и неординарными идеями традиционно выделяются студенты. Форум 2024 года не стал исключением: более 100 учащихся ведущих профильных вузов в ходе насыщенной программы представили профессионалам свои проекты по ключевым для топливно-энергетического комплекса темам, среди которых: бережное и технологичное производство будущего, развитие отрасли до 2035 года, актуальные инновации и др. Эксперты отобрали самые яркие и эффективные инициативы, а в чествовании их авторов приняли участие заместитель Председателя Правительства России Александр Новак, статс-секретарь – заместитель министра энергетики РФ Анастасия Бондаренко и другие почетные гости.
Анастасия Бондаренко отметила вклад участников Молодежного дня в развитие молодежного отраслевого сообщества и отрасли в целом, а также выразила уверенность, что лучшие идеи после детальной доработки смогут получить поддержку на самом высоком уровне, найдут применение в крупнейших компаниях и станут визитной карточкой ТЭК.
«Помните, реализуя свои инициативы, вы создаете возможность для молодых людей во всех, даже самых отдаленных регионах, проявить себя как лидера и продемонстрировать активную жизненную позицию, - обратилась к молодым людям статс-секретарь – заместитель министра энергетики РФ. – Ваша инициативность и творческий порыв являются двигателем прогресса в России и вносят неоценимый вклад в популяризацию ТЭК и промышленных профессий. Благодаря вам тысячи людей по всей стране узнают об успехах компаний, новых технологиях и ТЭК в целом.
