В статье анализируется эффективность применения инновационных методик в физическом воспитании для повышения мотивации учащихся к здоровому образу жизни. На основе опроса 450 учащихся 5-11 классов и 30 учителей физкультуры из 10 школ г. Москвы, а также анализа образовательных программ и посещаемости занятий, выявлены ключевые факторы, влияющие на вовлеченность учащихся. Установлено, что внедрение игровых (r=0,78, p<0,01), соревновательных (r=0,74, p<0,01) и цифровых технологий (r=0,69, p<0,05) значимо повышает интерес к занятиям. При этом наибольший эффект достигается при комплексном подходе, сочетающем разные методики (коэффициент множественной корреляции R=0,85, p<0,01). Сделан вывод о необходимости трансформации традиционной модели физвоспитания и более широкого применения инноваций для формирования устойчивой мотивации учащихся к здоровому образу жизни.
