<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The present study is devoted to the analysis of the impact of the use of neural networks on the development of critical thinking and technical skills of students in the study of mathematics. The aim of the work is to identify the potential of neural network technologies in improving the educational process and the formation of key competencies of students. The research used methods of statistical analysis, questionnaires, testing, as well as comparative analysis of learning outcomes. The empirical base consisted of data from a survey of 120 students of mathematical specialties and the results of their academic performance for the period from 2020 to 2023. It was found that the use of neural networks contributes to an increase in the level of critical thinking of students by 18% (p&lt;0.01), as well as an increase in their technical skills by 23% (p&lt;0.01) compared with the control group. A positive correlation was found between the intensity of the use of neural network tools and the academic achievements of students (r=0.68; p&lt;0.01). The results obtained indicate the significant didactic potential of neural networks and open up prospects for their wider implementation in educational practice. It is advisable to direct further research to the development of specialized neural network models adapted to the specifics of mathematical education.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><title>Ключевые слова</title><kwd>нейронные сети</kwd><kwd>критическое мышление</kwd><kwd>технические навыки</kwd><kwd>математическое образование</kwd><kwd>компетенции студентов</kwd><kwd>дидактический потенциал</kwd><kwd>образовательные инновации</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><title>Keywords</title><kwd>Keywords: neural networks</kwd><kwd>critical thinking</kwd><kwd>technical skills</kwd><kwd>mathematical education</kwd><kwd>student competencies</kwd><kwd>didactic potential</kwd><kwd>educational innovations</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group>
