Целью исследования является теоретическое обоснование и экспериментальное выявление мотивационных и ценностных детерминант, определяющих появление профессиональной депривации обучающихся старших курсов. В статье описано влияние профессиональной депривации на индивида и на общество, частью которого он является. В ходе эмпирического исследования выделены основные факторы, определяющие процесс выбора профессии, а также выбраны методики, позволяющие впоследствии выявить их на репрезентативной выборке при проведении экспериментов. В статье описан процесс проведения экспериментального исследования, представлены полученные результаты. Новизна состоит в разработке методики, направленной на диагностику профессиональной депривации, а также в выявлении значимых мотивационных и ценностных факторов, снижающих риск ее появления. Исследование выявляет корреляцию между личностными интересами, мотивами выбора профессии и уровнем профессиональной депривации у студентов. В результате исследования установлено, что профессиональная депривация у студентов снижается при выборе профессии, соответствующей их интересам и личностным целям, тогда как выбор профессии на основе внешних факторов (финансовая доступность, престиж) не оказывает значимого влияния на снижение депривации.
The aim of the study is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally identify the motivational and value determinants that determine the appearance of professional deprivation in senior students. The article describes the impact of occupational deprivation on an individual and on the society of which he is a part. In the course of an empirical study, the main factors determining the process of choosing a profession were identified, as well as methods were selected to subsequently identify them in a representative sample during experiments. The article describes the process of conducting an experimental study and presents the results obtained. The novelty lies in the development of a methodology aimed at diagnosing occupational deprivation, as well as in identifying significant motivational and value factors that reduce the risk of its occurrence. The study reveals a correlation between personal interests, motives for choosing a profession and the level of professional deprivation among students. As a result of the study, it was found that professional deprivation among students decreases when choosing a profession that corresponds to their interests and personal goals, while choosing a profession based on external factors (financial accessibility, prestige) does not significantly affect the reduction of deprivation.
