В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы повышения эффективности преподавания лингвистических дисциплин в вузах Чеченской Республики. Цель исследования - разработка и апробация инновационных методик обучения, основанных на интеграции традиционных и цифровых технологий. Методологическую базу составили компетентностный, коммуникативный и личностно-ориентированный подходы. Эмпирическим материалом послужили результаты опросов и тестирований 250 студентов лингвистических специальностей из 5 вузов региона. Установлено, что применение интерактивных форм работы, мультимедийных ресурсов и адаптивных обучающих программ способствует росту академической успеваемости на 15-20%, повышению мотивации и вовлеченности обучающихся. Доказана эффективность методики «перевернутого класса», проектного и проблемного обучения для развития ключевых лингвистических компетенций. Обоснована целесообразность расширения практики академической мобильности и сетевого взаимодействия вузов для обмена прогрессивным педагогическим опытом. Полученные результаты имеют значимость для оптимизации лингвистического образования в мультикультурных регионах России. Перспективы исследования связаны с масштабированием предложенных методик и созданием единой цифровой образовательной среды.
The article discusses topical issues of improving the effectiveness of teaching linguistic disciplines in universities of the Chechen Republic. The purpose of the research is to develop and test innovative teaching methods based on the integration of traditional and digital technologies. The methodological base consists of competence-based, communicative and personality-oriented approaches. The empirical material was the results of surveys and tests of 250 students of linguistic specialties from 5 universities in the region. It has been established that the use of interactive forms of work, multimedia resources and adaptive training programs contributes to the growth of academic achievement by 15-20%, increasing motivation and involvement of students. The effectiveness of the "inverted classroom" methodology, project-based and problem-based learning for the development of key linguistic competencies has been proven. The expediency of expanding the practice of academic mobility and networking of universities for the exchange of progressive pedagogical experience is substantiated. The results obtained are important for optimizing linguistic education in multicultural regions of Russia. The prospects of the research are related to the scaling of the proposed methods and the creation of a unified digital educational environment.
