В статье рассматриваются цели и задачи начального этапа обучения в детской художественной школы как важного звена в системе начального художественного образования. Выделяются ключевые направления работы, такие как эстетическое воспитание, развитие художественно-образного мышления, формирование практических изобразительных навыков, а также раскрытие и развитие творческих способностей учащихся. Подчеркивается, что художественное образование на подготовительном отделении направлено на гармоничное развитие личности ребенка и становление его духовной и творческой культуры.

The article discusses the goals and objectives of the initial stage of education in a children's art school as an important link in the system of primary art education. The key areas of work are highlighted, such as aesthetic education, the development of artistic and imaginative thinking, the formation of practical visual skills, as well as the disclosure and development of creative abilities of students. It is emphasized that art education at the preparatory department is aimed at the harmonious development of the child's personality and the formation of his spiritual and creative culture.
