Исследование посвящено изучению эффективности применения полифункциональной гимнастики с использованием нейротренажера-балансира "Сибирский борд" и вокально-кардиореспираторной программы "Здравствуй!" для детей дошкольного возраста. Цель работы - оценить возможности сочетанного воздействия данных методик на кардиореспираторную и вестибулярно-координационную сферы. Исследование проводилось на базе муниципального дошкольного учреждения г. Хабаровска с участием 26 детей 3-6 лет. Основными методами были: звукодыхательная проба Лазарева, серия вестибулярно-координационных тестов, анкетирование родителей. Установлено, что применение полифункциональной гимнастики способствует улучшению показателей внешнего дыхания (прирост в 2 раза), статической и динамической координации (средний прирост 145%), общего эмоционального тонуса и мотивации к оздоровительной активности у детей. Наилучшие результаты достигнуты в старшей возрастной группе. Практическая значимость работы связана с возможностью использования апробированной методики в физкультурно-оздоровительной практике дошкольных учреждений. Перспективы исследований предполагают увеличение объема выборки, расширение возрастного диапазона участников, уточнение критериев эффективности полифункциональной гимнастики.
The study is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the use of multifunctional gymnastics using the Siberian Board balance neurotrenager and the Hello! vocal cardiorespiratory program for preschool children. The aim of the work is to evaluate the possibilities of the combined effect of these techniques on the cardiorespiratory and vestibular coordination spheres. The study was conducted on the basis of a municipal preschool institution in Khabarovsk with the participation of 26 children aged 3-6 years. The main methods were: Lazarev's sound-breathing test, a series of vestibular coordination tests, and parent questionnaires. It was found that the use of multifunctional gymnastics contributes to the improvement of external respiration (an increase of 2 times), static and dynamic coordination (an average increase of 145%), general emotional tone and motivation for recreational activity in children. The best results were achieved in the older age group. The practical significance of the work is associated with the possibility of using the proven methodology in the physical culture and wellness practice of preschool institutions. Research prospects suggest an increase in the sample size, an expansion of the age range of participants, and clarification of criteria for the effectiveness of multifunctional gymnastics.
