Статья посвящена исследованию методов развития социально-культурной активности старшеклассников в контексте управления образованием. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью поиска эффективных способов вовлечения учащихся в социально значимую деятельность и формирования у них активной гражданской позиции. Цель работы – выявить и обосновать комплекс методов, способствующих повышению социально-культурной активности старшеклассников. Задачи: 1) проанализировать теоретические подходы к определению сущности и структуры социально-культурной активности; 2) изучить существующие практики развития социально-культурной активности в образовательных организациях; 3) разработать и апробировать авторскую методику развития социально-культурной активности старшеклассников; 4) оценить эффективность предложенной методики. Методология исследования включает теоретический анализ литературы, анкетирование, педагогический эксперимент, статистическую обработку данных. Базой исследования выступили старшие классы трех школ г. N (выборка – 250 учащихся). По итогам исследования обоснован комплекс методов развития социально-культурной активности старшеклассников: 1) вовлечение в волонтерскую деятельность; 2) организация ученического самоуправления; 3) реализация социальных проектов; 4) проведение дискуссионных клубов. Эффективность методики подтверждена положительной динамикой уровня социально-культурной активности в экспериментальной группе. Сделан вывод о продуктивности сочетания различных методов и необходимости их адаптации к специфике образовательной организации. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в практике управления школой для повышения социальной активности учащихся. Перспективы исследования связаны с масштабированием эксперимента и разработкой технологии развития социально-культурной активности.
The article is devoted to the study of methods for the development of socio-cultural activity of high school students in the context of education management. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to find effective ways to involve students in socially significant activities and to form an active civic position among them. The purpose of the work is to identify and substantiate a set of methods that contribute to increasing the socio–cultural activity of high school students. Tasks: 1) to analyze theoretical approaches to the definition of the essence and structure of socio-cultural activity; 2) to study the existing practices of the development of socio-cultural activity in educational institutions; 3) to develop and test the author's methodology for the development of socio-cultural activity of high school students; 4) to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology. The research methodology includes theoretical analysis of literature, questionnaires, pedagogical experiment, statistical data processing. The research was based on the senior classes of three schools in the city of N (sample – 250 students). Based on the results of the study, a set of methods for the development of socio-cultural activity of high school students is substantiated: 1) involvement in volunteer activities; 2) organization of student self-government; 3) implementation of social projects; 4) holding discussion clubs. The effectiveness of the technique was confirmed by the positive dynamics of the level of socio-cultural activity in the experimental group. The conclusion is made about the productivity of combining various methods and the need to adapt them to the specifics of an educational organization. The results of the study can be used in the practice of school management to increase the social activity of students. The prospects of the research are related to the scaling of the experiment and the development of technology for the development of socio-cultural activity.
