Исследование посвящено проблеме привлечения студентов вузов к ведению здорового образа жизни. Актуальность обусловлена ухудшением физического и психического состояния студенческой молодежи. Цель работы - разработка физкультурно-оздоровительных мероприятий для повышения мотивации студентов к здоровому образу жизни. В ходе исследования проведен теоретический анализ литературы, разработан план мероприятий и проведено анкетирование 154 студентов Уральского государственного аграрного университета в возрасте 18-22 лет. Выявлены основные факторы, влияющие на мотивацию студентов: психологическое состояние, возрастные особенности, недостатки образовательных программ. Разработанный план включает физические тренировки по выбору, спортивные соревнования, лекции о здоровом образе жизни, конкурсы и промоушн-кампании. Результаты анкетирования показали высокую заинтересованность студентов в предложенных мероприятиях: 50% респондентов предпочли физические тренировки, 34% - спортивные соревнования. Сделан вывод об эффективности разработанного плана для повышения мотивации студентов к ведению здорового образа жизни. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы для совершенствования физкультурно-оздоровительной работы в вузах.
The study is devoted to the problem of attracting university students to a healthy lifestyle. The relevance is due to the deterioration of the physical and mental condition of students. The purpose of the work is to develop physical culture and wellness activities to increase students' motivation for a healthy lifestyle. In the course of the study, a theoretical analysis of the literature was carried out, an action plan was developed and a survey was conducted of 154 students of the Ural State Agrarian University aged 18-22 years. The main factors influencing the motivation of students are identified: psychological state, age characteristics, disadvantages of educational programs. The developed plan includes elective physical training, sports competitions, lectures on a healthy lifestyle, contests and promotion campaigns. The results of the survey showed a high interest of students in the proposed activities: 50% of respondents preferred physical training, 34% - sports competitions. The conclusion is made about the effectiveness of the developed plan to increase the motivation of students to lead a healthy lifestyle. The results of the study can be used to improve physical education and wellness work in universities.
