Автор исследует идеи заведующего кафедрой философии в Академии ГПС МЧС России, доктора философских наук В.Н. Липского, основные концепции которого он изложил в статье для журнала «Культура и безопасность». Работа ученого ставит перед современными педагогами вузов задачу переосмыслить и обновить образовательные стандарты и подходы в свете внедрения цифровых технологий.

Lipsky, whose basic concepts he outlined in an article for the journal Culture and Security.
