В статье рассматривается актуальная проблематика профессионального воспитания в образовательных организациях высшего образования МВД России. Автор анализирует теоретические основы и понятийный аппарат данной области, освещая сущность и цели профессионального воспитания в контексте подготовки обучающихся образовательных организаций МВД России. В заключении делается вывод о перспективах развития профессионального воспитания в образовательных организациях МВД России на основе гуманитарно-антропологического подхода. Обобщение взглядов исследователей на проблему профессионального воспитания позволило вывести рабочее определение понятия «профессионального воспитания», которое рассматривается в современном профессиональном образовании как специально организованный процесс, направленный на развитие системы ценностей и самосознания обучающегося как представителя определенной профессии, обеспечивающей успешное выполнение служебных задач. В данном контексте находятся соответствующие нормативные документы МВД России. Они учитывают приоритетность воспитания, с реализацией которого связывается развитие образования, нацеленное на повышение качества его результата. Поэтому содержательным изменениям подвергается система воспитания, где активно совершенствуется нормативно-правовое регулирование. Образовательные организации МВД России являются составным компонентом образовательной системы и реализуют воспитание курсантов и слушателей в соответствии с установленными требованиями.
The article examines the current issues of professional education in educational organizations of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The author analyzes the theoretical foundations and conceptual apparatus of this area, highlighting the essence and goals of professional education in the context of training students in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In conclusion, a conclusion is drawn about the prospects for the development of professional education in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the basis of a humanitarian-anthropological approach. A generalization of the views of researchers on the problem of professional education made it possible to derive a working definition of the concept of “professional education”, which is considered in modern vocational education as a specially organized process aimed at developing a system of values and self-awareness of the student as a representative of a certain profession that ensures the successful completion of official tasks. In this context, the relevant regulatory documents of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs are located. They take into account the priority of education, the implementation of which is associated with the development of education, aimed at improving the quality of its results. Therefore, the educational system is undergoing meaningful changes, where legal regulation is being actively improved. Educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are an integral component of the educational system and carry out the education of cadets and students in accordance with established requirements.
