Создание новых технических средств и повышения требований для существующих, появление новых методов решения технических задач вызывают необходимость пересмотра методов изучения и создания систематизации, которая позволяет ускорить сроки внедрения новых технических решений в производственный процесс и сделать его более эффективным, а также повысить квалификационный уровень специалистов. Постепенное развитие и совершенствование производства – это главная закономерность экономики, основанной на прогрессе науки и техники и характеризует собой экономический прогресс. В ведущих странах существует четко сформированная модель развития современного общества, базирующегося на использовании новых знаний, при воплощении которых достигается более 70% ВВП. Следовательно, функционирование и развитие стран невозможны без научных исследований, платформой для которых есть высшие учебные заведения (ВУЗЫ), а от научных исследований зависит рост общественного продукта.

The gradual development and improvement of production is the main regularity of the economy based on the progress of science and technology and characterizes economic progress. In the leading countries, there is a well-formed model of the development of a modern society based on the use of new knowledge, with the implementation of which more than 70% of GDP is achieved. Consequently, the functioning and development of countries is impossible without scientific research, the platform for which is higher education institutions (universities), and the growth of the social product depends on scientific research.
