Сегодня дошкольное образование претерпевает ряд изменений и преобразований в связи с введение новых образовательных стандартов, в связи чем выдвигаются новые требования к образованию и воспитанию детей дошкольного возраста. Статья посвящена сущности и структуре обучения в педагогическом процессе дошкольного образовательного учреждения. Автором рассматриваются особенности образовательного процесса и подходов к обучению дошкольников. Автор раскрывает особенности образовательного процесса в ДОУ с учетом возрастных характеристик дошкольников. Статья затрагивает инновационные и интерактивные методики и технологии обучения дошкольников, вопросы повышения квалификации педагогического коллектива детского сада, а также описывает изменения, требующие появления новых навыков и компетенций у педагогического состава. Большое внимание уделяется взаимодействию объектов и субъектов образовательного процесса в дошкольном учреждении – педагоги, воспитатели, психологи, администрация, родители и законные представители воспитанников. В статье затрагивается вопрос создания благоприятных психологических условий и эффективной развивающей среды для динамического развития ребенка и получения им необходимых знаний и умений. Автор раскрывает принципы обучения в дошкольном образовании, среди которых нужно выделить принципы доступности, последовательности, осознанности, принцип развивающего обучения, систематичности и последовательности.

Much attention is paid to the interaction of objects and subjects of the educational process in a preschool institution - teachers, educators, psychologists, administration, parents and legal representatives of pupils. The article touches upon the issue of creating favorable psychological conditions and an effective developmental environment for the dynamic development of the child and obtaining the necessary knowledge and skills. The author reveals the principles of teaching in preschool education, among which it is necessary to single out the principles of accessibility, consistency, awareness, the principle of developmental education, systematicity and consistency.
