Вернадского, в которой он впервые писал, что человек то есть квантовая система, для которой характерен дуализм, то есть организм человека - это одновременно физическое тело и полевая структура (духовное тело). На современном этапе человек понимает ноосферу как сферу разнообразных возможностей души и возможности разума творить по Общим Законам Вселенной. Творческий ум человека порождает, по выражению В. И. Вернадского, новое по качеству, ранее не известное человечеству развитие. Учение утверждает, что именно мысль человека является геообразующей силой, изменяющей планету Земля. Система образования должна стать инструментом реальной подготовки к жизни и усвоения эффективных технологий. Процессы воспитания и обучения смежны - это вместе воспитание мышления и сознания. Воспитание мышления на современном этапе обладает идеалом целостного восприятия мира как природопользования или биологической адекватности. К сожалению, реалии сегодняшней нашей жизни с его кризисной экологической ситуацией, с тяжелым переживанием последствий Чернобыльской катастрофы заставляют признавать экологические знания одним из важнейших направлений образования и обучения современности. Еще в 1990 году сессия Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН разработала специальную программу развития экологического образования.

The doctrine asserts that it is the thought of man that is the geo-forming force that changes the planet Earth. The education system should become an instrument of real preparation for life and assimilation of effective technologies. The processes of education and training are related - it is together the education of thinking and consciousness. The education of thinking at the present stage has the ideal of a holistic perception of the world as nature management or biological adequacy. Unfortunately, the realities of our life today, with its critical ecological situation, with the severe experience of the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster, force us to recognize environmental knowledge as one of the most important areas of education and training of our time. Back in 1990, the UN General Assembly session developed a special program for the development of environmental education.
