Коммуникативная компетенция закреплена федеральным государственным образовательным стандартом как один из планируемых результатов освоения русского языка, однако в практике преподавания её формирование нередко подменяется тренировкой орфографических и пунктуационных навыков на разрозненном дидактическом материале. Расхождение между нормативной установкой на речевое развитие и репродуктивным характером большинства упражнений составляет исходное противоречие работы. Цель состоит в том, чтобы описать дидактический механизм, при котором коммуникативная компетенция складывается через сопряжение двух средств: проблемного задания, задающего познавательное затруднение, и учебной речевой ситуации, задающей условия и адресата высказывания. Методологической опорой послужили понятийно-категориальный анализ, структурно-функциональный подход и моделирование; нормативной базой – действующие редакции стандартов общего образования и концептуальные документы предметной области. Построена авторская модель, в которой проблемное задание и речевая ситуация рассматриваются не как два самостоятельных приёма, а как сопряжённые компоненты единого учебного действия: затруднение порождает потребность в высказывании, а ситуация придаёт этому высказыванию адресность и жанровую определённость. Предложена типология проблемных заданий по коммуникативной функции, описана компонентная структура учебной речевой ситуации и её соотнесение с планируемыми результатами. Сопряжение проблемного затруднения с речевой ситуацией переводит порождение высказывания из формально-грамматической плоскости в плоскость решения коммуникативной задачи, вследствие чего компоненты коммуникативной компетенции формируются не последовательно и изолированно, а одновременно и во взаимной обусловленности.
Communicative competence is fixed by the federal state educational standard as one of the planned outcomes of learning the Russian language, yet in teaching practice its development is often replaced by drilling spelling and punctuation skills on scattered didactic material. The gap between the normative orientation towards speech development and the reproductive character of most exercises constitutes the initial contradiction of the study. The aim is to describe a didactic mechanism in which communicative competence takes shape through the coupling of two means: a problem-based task that sets a cognitive difficulty and an educational speech situation that sets the conditions and the addressee of an utterance. The methodological basis comprises conceptual-categorial analysis, the structural-functional approach and modelling; the normative basis comprises the current editions of general education standards and the conceptual documents of the subject field. An author’s model is built in which the problem-based task and the speech situation are treated not as two separate techniques but as coupled components of a single learning action: the difficulty generates a need for an utterance, while the situation gives that utterance an addressee and genre definiteness. A typology of problem-based tasks by communicative function is proposed, the componential structure of an educational speech situation is described and correlated with the planned outcomes. Coupling a problem difficulty with a speech situation shifts the production of an utterance from the formal-grammatical plane to the plane of solving a communicative task, whereby the components of communicative competence are formed not sequentially and in isolation but simultaneously and in mutual conditionality.
