Влияние искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) на когнитивные способности человека является двойственным: технологии могут как усиливать когнитивные процессы, так и создавать риски утраты навыков при чрезмерном использовании. В статье рассматривается влияние технологий искусственного интеллекта на мыслительные способности человека. Анализируются основные риски, связанные с передачей умственных задач машинам, включая ослабление самостоятельного мышления, ухудшение памяти и потерю профессионального чутья. Также рассматриваются положительные стороны использования ИИ как инструмента, который помогает сосредоточиться на творческих и сложных задачах. Влияние ИИ на когнитивные способности – это, пожалуй, самый важный не прояснённый вопрос нашего времени. Однозначного ответа нет, потому что мы наблюдаем два параллельных и противоположных процесса: когнитивное усиление и когнитивная атрофия. Цель работы – систематизировать аргументы о влиянии ИИ на когнитивные навыки и разработать практические ориентиры для сохранения когнитивного суверенитета. Были сделаны ключевые выводы: при грамотной интеграции ИИ развивает критическое мышление и метакогнитивные навыки. Выделены риски: когнитивная нагрузка, бессознательное делегирование, цифровая амнезия. На основе современных исследований и опыта вузов предложены практические советы по развитию навыков мышления в эпоху ИИ.

The impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on human cognitive abilities is twofold: technologies can both enhance cognitive processes and create risks of skill loss through excessive use. This article examines the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on human cognitive abilities. It analyzes the main risks associated with transferring mental tasks to machines, including the weakening of independent thinking, memory impairment, and loss of professional intuition. The benefits of using AI as a tool to help students focus on creative and complex tasks are also explored. The impact of AI on cognitive abilities is perhaps the most important unanswered question of our time. There is no definitive answer because we are observing two parallel and opposing processes: cognitive enhancement and cognitive atrophy. The goal of this paper is to systematize the arguments regarding the impact of AI on cognitive skills and develop practical guidelines for preserving cognitive sovereignty. Key findings include: when properly integrated, AI develops critical thinking and metacognitive skills. Risks highlighted include cognitive load, unconscious delegation, and digital amnesia. Based on modern research and university experience, practical advice is offered for developing thinking skills in the AI era.
