В исследовании проводится анализ влияния старост, как формальных лидеров, на мотивацию и академическую успеваемость студенческих групп в ТУСУРе. На основе анализа данных 232 групп за зимнюю сессию 2024-2025 учебного года выявлена средняя положительная корреляция (0,518) между успеваемостью старосты и общими результатами группы. Наиболее выраженная зависимость наблюдается на втором курсе. Студенты технических специальностей показывают более высокую чувствительность к лидерскому влиянию по сравнению с гуманитариями. Роль старосты выходит за рамки административного посредничества: ответственный лидер способствует сплочению коллектива и развитию гибких навыков, что важно для будущей карьеры. Возможно, имеет смысл рассматривать своевременную замену неэффективных старост и внедрение механизмов конкуренции между группами в качестве бесплатных (малобюджетных) инструментов повышения успеваемости в университете. Исследование подтверждает гипотезу о значимости старосты для учебного процесса и обосновывает необходимость более детального изучения этого фактора для дальнейшего повышения качества образования.
The study analyzes the influence of of the headman, as formal leaders, on the motivation and academic performance of student groups at TUSUR. Based on data from 232 groups for the winter session of the 2024– 2025 academic year, an average positive correlation (0.518) was found between the headman performance and the group's overall results. The most pronounced correlation is observed in the second year. Students majoring in engineering demonstrate a higher sensitivity to leadership influence compared to those majoring in the humanities. The role of a headman extends beyond administrative mediation: a responsible leader promotes team cohesion and the development of soft skills, which is important for future careers. Perhaps it makes sense to consider the timely replacement of ineffective headman and the introduction of intergroup competition mechanisms as free (low-cost) tools for improving academic performance at the university. The study confirms the hypothesis about the importance of the head of the school for the educational process and substantiates the need for a more detailed study of this factor to further improve the quality of education.
