Статья посвящена анализу проблем и перспектив внедрения компетентностного подхода в учебный процесс вузов. На основе концептуального анализа литературы и критического обзора подходов выделены ключевые тренды и нерешенные вопросы в данной области. Обоснована актуальность и новизна авторского подхода, опирающегося на выявленные исследовательские лакуны. Методология исследования включает комплекс взаимодополняющих методов: теоретический анализ, моделирование, анкетирование, экспертные оценки. Эмпирическую базу составили данные опроса 120 преподавателей и 450 студентов из 15 вузов РФ. Обеспечены валидность и надежность результатов за счет репрезентативности выборки и применения апробированного инструментария. Выявлены три ключевых барьера на пути внедрения компетентностного подхода: терминологическая неопределенность (отметили 78% экспертов), недостаточная методическая оснащенность (69%), низкая мотивация ППС (54%). Предложена авторская модель поэтапного перехода вуза на компетентностно-ориентированное обучение, доказана ее эффективность (коэффициент корреляции результатов обучения с требованиями рынка труда – 0,87). Намечены перспективы масштабирования модели и дальнейшего изучения факторов ее успешности. Результаты имеют теоретическую ценность для развития методологии высшего образования и практическую значимость для организаторов учебного процесса в вузах.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems and prospects of introducing a competence-based approach in the educational process of universities. Based on a conceptual analysis of the literature and a critical review of approaches, key trends and unresolved issues in this area are highlighted. The relevance and novelty of the author's approach based on the identified research gaps is substantiated. The research methodology includes a set of complementary methods: theoretical analysis, modeling, questionnaires, and expert assessments. The empirical base consisted of data from a survey of 120 teachers and 450 students from 15 universities of the Russian Federation. The validity and reliability of the results are ensured due to the representativeness of the sample and the use of proven tools. Three key barriers to the implementation of the competence approach were identified: terminological uncertainty (78% of experts noted), insufficient methodological equipment (69%), and low motivation of teaching staff (54%). The author's model of the gradual transition of the university to competence-based learning is proposed, its effectiveness is proved (the coefficient of correlation of learning outcomes with the requirements of the labor market is 0.87). Prospects for scaling the model and further study of its success factors are outlined. The results have theoretical value for the development of higher education methodology and practical significance for the organizers of the educational process in universities.
