В работе авторы раскрывают специфику организации педагогического пространства высших учебных заведений и те возможности, которые оно предоставляет для самосовершенствования преподавателей. В данном случае речь идет о педагогических условиях, которые позволяют педагогу личностно и профессионально развиваться. Актуализируя проблемы высшего образования, необходимо отметить, что процесс развития и обучения должен быть ориентирован не только на студентов, но и на преподавателей, т.к. уровень их профессиональной компетентности тесно связан с качеством и результатами образования. Педагогическое пространство высшей школы включает в себя не только условия, но и все имеющиеся в вузе ресурсы, способствующие достижению конкретных образовательных целей, минимизации сложностей в обучении. В число целей и задач функционирования вуза входит создание условий для обучения и развития всех участников образовательного процесса, поэтому самосовершенствование преподавателей возможно назвать одним из важнейших направлений их профессиональной деятельности и фактором, повышающим качество учебно-воспитательного процесса. В данном случае речь идет не только о курсах повышения квалификации, но и о личностном росте, расширении кругозора, обогащении педагогического потенциала.
In this work, the authors reveal the specifics of the organization of pedagogical spaces in higher educational institutions and the opportunities it provides for teachers' self-improvement. In this case, we are talking about the pedagogical conditions that allow teachers to develop personally and professionally. When addressing the challenges of higher education, it is important to recognize that the development and learning process should be focused not only on students, but also on faculty members, as their professional competence is closely linked to the quality and outcomes of education. The pedagogical space of a higher education institution includes not only the conditions, but also all the resources available at the university, which contribute to achieving specific educational goals and minimizing difficulties in learning. The goals and objectives of the university's functioning include creating conditions for the learning and development of all participants in the educational process, which is why the self-improvement of teachers can be considered one of the most important areas of their professional activity and a factor that enhances the quality of the educational process. In this case, we are not only talking about professional development courses, but also about personal growth, broadening one's horizons, and enriching one's teaching potential.
